Damian has a PhD in Strategy from the Lally School of Management, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute; a Masters in Political Science from MIT, and a BS in Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University. He is a long-time adjunct professor of Technology Strategy at Georgetown McDonough School of Business. He also leads Technology at MLT.org – a national organization focused on helping institutions with their equity strategies and a provider of leadership training for underrepresented talent in college, MBA programs, and mid-career as well. Damian has founded and been among the leadership of several tech startups, was VP of Product Marketing at Open Text Digital Media Group, and earlier in his career, Damian was a founding member of AOL’s technology strategy team and the first staff officer for CSTB at the National Research Council.
